Conditions for Return or Replacement:
You can request a return or replacement under these conditions:
- Wrong Item Delivered: You receive a different product than what you ordered.
- Defective or Damaged Product: The item is broken, faulty, or damaged upon arrival.
- Missing Parts or Accessories: The box is missing the included parts or accessories that should be inside.
Reporting Timeframe:
Any problem must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

A clear description of the issue and photos as proof.
Preserve the Product: Please keep the product, its original box, and all accessories (including the invoice) safely.
The Solution: Once we verify the issue, we will offer your preferred solution:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement with a new unit of the same product.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of customer preference (e.g., colour, size).
- If the complaint is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- If the product shows signs of use, is damaged by the customer, or has its original tags/packaging missing.
- Certain products for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., innerwear).
Refunds:
The refund process may take 5-7 business days to complete, depending on your bank or mobile financial service. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
